Service Canada comes out to the St. Elias Convention Centre every three months to help provide important federal services to our community.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, these community outreach visits have been cancelled.
Service Canada wanted to reach out to ensure that your community receives important information on how to access programs, services and benefits.

If an individual that you support requires assistance with one our services and benefits they can complete a service request form at: Canada.ca/service-canada-e-service. Once the service request is submitted, a Service Canada representative will contact the individual within 2 business days at the phone number they indicate.
If your community members or individuals within your network do not have access to the internet, and service providers within the community are unable to assist, please provide the client our toll-free contact: 1-877-631-2657 where they can request assistance with our various programs and services. Assistance is available to individuals Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:00pm.

The Service Canada Centre in Whitehorse and Dawson City is currently open, however priority is given to individuals who have appointments which can be made by submitting an e-service request or calling the support line at 1-877-631-2657.
